| Abstract: | To adapt to the global industry structure adjustment and change of the markets,the technological advance and industrial upgrade of state-owned enterprises must be quickened,aiming at improve the competence of our enterprises.It is also a key to exploiting new development space and competing in market.The quickening of technological advance and industrial upgrade depends on reforming the traditional industry with advanced technology,introducing core technology,increasing the investment on technological innovation,improving the application of technological achievements,and perfecting the security system. |
