| Abstract: | Since the subprime mortgage crisis,throughout the world the market of asset securitization has been in a doldrum.In the new political and economic circumstances,the pilot operation and development of China＇s asset securitization faces both new challenges and new opportunities.This article provides an analysis of the current development of China＇s asset securitization and proceeds to discuss how to effectively design and promote asset securitization securities. |
