角色管理:社工角色的困境与解决

研究指出,社会工作在中国方兴未艾,但面临着角色不清、角色冲突、角色紧张、角色超载等角色问题。功能角色理路与实务角色理路是社工角色研究的理论基石,但也需要一种角色管理方案。社工扮演着事务性、补偿性、增益性三类角色,事务性角色厘清了首要职责,补偿性角色提供了社工发展的实践舞台,增益性角色为社工提供准确的专业角色。

Role management:a solution for the role plight of the social workers

At present,although the profession of social work is burgeoning in China,it is still confronted with some problems concerning the role of the social worker such as role fuzziness,role conflict,role strain and role overload.With the existing theoretical path on the role of social function and social worker＇s practice being the theoretical basis for the study of social worker＇s role,we also need a simple and practical role management solution. In practice,the roles that social workers play are classified into clerical role,compensatory role and evolutionary role respectively with clerical role determining the primary responsibilities of a common social worker,the compensatory role providing more platforms for social work,and evolutionary role clarifying their own professional roles.
