| 摘 要： | 新时期的教学改革要求高素质的教师,即要求教师改变传统的"教书匠"形象,而代之以"研究型"和"反思型"的新形象,以促进教师综合素质的提高。从理论和实践两个方面深入探索行动研究在教师发展方面的作用,有利于培养新时期所需要的专业型教师。
