健康老龄化领域公民社会组织核心个人社会资本要素探讨

公民社会组织是提供社会养老服务的有效载体,但在参与健康老龄化过程中始终有所欠缺。养老服务领域公民社会组织欠缺的网络、信任、支持等是社会资本的核心要素,促进公民社会组织积极参与健康老龄化进程必定有赖于组织内丰富的社会资本。文章通过发掘公民社会组织核心成员社会资本要素,探讨养老领域公民社会组织核心个人所面临的各种困境以及丰富核心个人社会资本的相关对策。

Research on the key elements for the core individuals social capital of Civil Society Organizations in the field of healthy aging

Civil Society Organizations(CSOs)are effective carriers to provide social pension services,but they are always lacking in participating in the healthy aging process.The pension services network,trust and support which CSOs are lack of,is the core elements of social capital,and to promote CSOs to actively participate in healthy aging process must rely on the abundant social capital in the organization.This study discovered the social capital factors of the core individuals of CSOs,to explore the difficulties the core individuals of CSOs faced and corresponding measures to enrich their social capital.
