| 摘 要： | 政策性农业保险法律关系，是指农业保险各方主体之间依据政策性农业保险法律规范而形成的一种权利义务关系，它由主体、客体、内容三个要素构成。基于我国政策性农业保险对法律制度保障的需求及相关法律制度的缺位，深入研究政策性农业保险法律关系具有重大的理论与现实意义。
