| 摘 要： | 利用归纳法和规范分析法,对政府投资中存在的许多不合理的现象和问题进行了总结和归纳,并利用公共选择理论,分析和探讨了造成我国目前政府投资不合理的主要原因是一些与政府投资相关的制度不合理导致的。进而提出要从相关制度改革和创新方面努力,为政府投资创造一个良好的制度环境,使政府投资在规范的管理下健康发展。 |

| Abstract: | This article used the induction and the standard analytic method to summary and induct the unreasonable questions and phenomena existed in the government investment.Through the analysis using the Public Choice Theory,we found the main reason which causes the government investment expire is the system question.Therefore,this article proposed we must reform and innovate the correlation system diligently,create a good system environment for the government investment,make the government investment healthy develop under the standard management. |
