| 摘 要： | 协商民主政治的核心在于由“公共协商”达至“社会和谐”。西方协商民主理论展示了当代社会政治领域的新气象。对于如何理解社会主义民主本质和现时期如何通过民主政治的发展来化解由于社会转型而带来的社会利益矛盾和冲突,形成和谐社会具有重要的启示意义。中国特色协商民主政治的发展必须根据我国社会发展的实际程度在党的领导下,通过主动的制度创新循序渐进地进行。

| Abstract: | The core of consultative politics lies in the transformation from "public deliberation" to "a harmonious society".The Western deliberative democratic theory indicates the new phenomenon in the contemporary political field.It enlightens on how to understand the nature of socialist democracy,and how to build a harmonious society via developing democratic politics to solve the conflicts and clashes in social interest resulted from the change of society.The development of deliberative democratic politics with Chinese features must be realized through active systematic innovation in accordance with China's actual social development under the leadership of CPC. |
