摘    要:技术进步主要取决于需求因素,而不是供给因素。文章把创新和模仿当作两种商品,首次构建了一个技术进步的两商品模型,分析影响创新和模仿的因素发现:国民收入对技术进步产生拉动和推动作用;对外开放对创新和模仿均具有正效应;国内外技术差距大,有利于模仿而不利于创新,而当国内外技术接近并使国内技术出现超越时,创新比模仿有利;在不同的经济发展阶段,一国对创新和模仿的偏好不同,经济落后时偏好模仿,经济发展时偏好创新。

Abstract:Technology progress is mainly decided by demand but not by supply.This paper take innovation and imitation as two kinds of merchandise,and contruct a two-merchandise model for the very first time to analyse the factors that affect the demand of innovation and imitation and come to some conclutions:GDP is a pulling and pushing force to technique progress;opening to outside have the positive effect to the innovation and imitation;if the domestic and international technique margin is big,it will be advantageous to imitation but disadvantages to innovation,but when margin draw near and local technique exceed at last,innovation will more available than initation;At different economic stage,one country's taste to innovation and imitation is dissmilarity,when fall behind,tend to imitation,when development,tend to innovation.
