关于推进连云港城市化建设的几点思考

结合当前连云港还处于城镇化发展初级阶段的实际 ,阐述了要将连云港建设成为我国中部沿海开放城市和国际性海港城市 ,必须加快城市化建设步伐 ,特别是要配合东陇海线开发 ,加强沿线城镇体系建设。进一步论述了连云港城市化的定位应体现在沿线节点城市功能、作用的发挥和带动上 ,其重心应体现在中心城市的加快建设和发展上 ;连云港城市化基础应体现县域城镇体系的构建和完善 ,农村工业化水平的加快和提高是根本 ;连云港城市化核心应体现在城市综合竞争力的培育和增强上。

Ideas on the Promotion of the Urbanization of Lianyungang

The City of Lianyungang is in the initial stage of its urbanization. It is held in this paper that great attention should be paid, if the city is to be urbanized, to its function and the role it plays in the development of cities along the East Eurasian Continental Bridge. In this case, the focus of urbanization lies in the rapid development and construction of Lianyungang as a key metropolis along the line. In terms of the basis of urbanization, it should establish a sound town-and-suburb system, and speed up the development and industrialization of its countryside. Meanwhile, the increase of its comprehensive city competence will certainly contribute to its urbanizing process.
