区域创新系统理论与结构模型

论述了区域创新系统的增长极理论、梯度推移理论和创新域理论,并根据它们的作用机理,确立了区域创新系统构成要素。运用ISM法,得出了区域创新系统三个主要的子系统结构模型,以及以成果转化为主线的几个主导反馈回路。通过对模型图梯阶结构和反馈作用机制的分析,明确了科技水平和产学研联合是推动成果转化的动力源,而政府制度创新则是区域创新系统有效运转的关键。

Theory and construction model of region innovation system

At first, the theories on increasing core, rundle push and innovation area about region innovation system are expatiated. Then based on their action mechanism, the factors constituting the region innovation system are established. By ISM method, three main sub-system construction model diagrams and some feedback circuits are built which take fruit transformation for main line. Through analysis on rundle construction and feedback function of these diagrams, we cognize that fruit transformation is pushed by sciences and technology level and the combination of university, institute and enterprise. While the government system is the key which decides whether region innovation system operates efficiently.
