死刑立即执行监督研究

死刑立即执行是我国最严重的刑罚，在刑法体系中处于重要的位置。但在其刑罚监督中，仍存在监督主体多元、法律赋予检察机关的监督权定位欠准确明了、监督措施单一、缺乏刚性保障等问题。完善这一重要的刑罚监督，应该从规范监督主体、完善死刑交付执行、执行监管、执行变更（中止）、终止执行四个环节的监督内容和措施，以形成监督合力。

On the Supervision of the Immediate Execution of Death Penalty

Immediate execution of death penalty is the most serious penalty,which plays an important role in our criminal law system.However,some problems exist in supervising it.To perfect the supervision,the supervisors should be regulated,and the supervision matters of the execution of consignation of the death penalty,execution monitoring,the changing and ending of execution,should be improved to form join forces.
