浅议入世与我国利用外资战略的调整

改革开放20多年以来,中国利用外资取得了巨大发展,外商直接投资对中国经济发展起着巨大的推动作用。入世对中国利用外资既有有利的方面,也有不利的影响,要根据国内外环境的变化,对利用外资战略进行调整,形成中国利用外资新的发展战略。

On Our Entering WTO and Adjusting Strategy of Foreign Funds Utilization

Since we adopted the reform and opening policy 20 years ago, China has developed greatly by utilizing foreign funds , of which direct foreign investments have tremendously promoted our economic development. En-tery into WTO has its advantages and disadvantages for our utilizing foreign capital . Thus we should, according to the changes of environment home and abroad, adjust our strategy to utilize foreign capital and form China's new development strategy to make use of foreign investment.
