| 摘 要： | 教师是教育活动中不可缺失的主体,智慧型教师则是集“理论智慧”、“实践智慧”和“人格智慧”为一体的教师。它的出现是教师专业发展和生命发展的必然趋势,也是胜任充满确定性和不确定性因素的课堂社会的客观需求,而造就智慧型教师可以通过开展对话研究和案例研究等途径来实现。
