论国际关系民主化的障碍及实现途径

如同“人生来本是而且始终是自由平等的”,世界政治中的主权国家也十分珍视国家“生来自由平等”,近400年的国际关系史,就是各主权国家追求主权平等,独立自主的历史。经济全球化和政治多极化极大地推动了国际关系民主化,加速了国际关系民主化发展的步伐,但其进一步发展仍面临许多障碍。从国际关系民主化的含义、发展历程这一角度出发,分析了国际关系民主化的阻碍因素,论述了几种推进国际关系民主化的途径选择。

On the Hindrance Factors in the Democratization of International Relations and the Countermeasures

As all men are created equal, sovereign states in politics extremely treasure the fast that all nations are created equal. A history of 400 years of international relation is the history in which various sovereign states pursue sovereign equality and independence. The economical globalization and the political mucltipolarization has largely impelled and accelerated democratization of international relations, which faces lots of hindrance factors in its farther development. From the definition of the democratization of international relations and its developing course, the author analyses the hindrance factors in the democratization of international relations and put forward ways to democratize international relations.
