| 摘 要： | 分析了长株潭城市群公路交通、轨道交通、新能源车辆的应用现状,估算了长株潭城市群2006～2010年的公路交通碳排放量.分析表明:长株潭城市群具有建设低碳交通运输体系的良好基础,也有低碳交通运输体系建设的实际行动,但交通低碳发展还面临着居民低碳意识淡薄、汽车保有量大幅度增加造成交通拥堵、交通运输结构不合理等方面的挑战,长株潭城市群交通碳减排需要付出极大努力.基于上述分析,提出了低碳交通发展的理念和机制、基础设施等方面应采取的措施.
