提升高等学校自然科学版学报影响力的主要途径

摘    要:从高等学校自然科学版学报的办刊宗旨出发,分析了影响其发展的两个主要因素:栏目的“综合性”和稿源的“内向性”,即自然科学版学报的栏目几乎涵盖了学校所有的学科和专业,论文作者绝大多数是本校的师生员工,以及目前学报面临的困境;指出提高自然科学版学报的学术水平和影响力是自身发展的必要条件。建议摒弃传统的办刊理念,使自然科学版学报由内向封闭型向外向开放型转变。从吸引优质稿源、改变编辑工作模式及栏目创新三个方面阐述了提高学报影响力的主要途径。最后讨论了自然科学版学报未来的发展模式:构建网络平台,开放存取和集约化办刊。

Abstract:The goal of university journals publishing has decided that university journals are characterized by comprehensiveness and closeness,and some key factors are blocking the development of university journals.Comprehensiveness indicates that the columns of a university journal cover almost all disciplines in this university and closeness means that most of paper authors are students or teachers in this university.Analyzing the difficulties university journals face,the authors point out that it is necessary to improve the influence of university journals for their further development.Traditional conception of publishing should be abandoned and transformed from closeness into openness.The way to improve the influence of university journals is presented in such aspects as attracting high level papers,changing editing work mode and innovating columns.At last,the authors discuss the development modes of university journals: building network platform,open access and publishing in grouping.
