社会资本对中小企业成长性影响的实证研究

从社会学的研究视角来看，企业可以利用社会资本在内外部网络中传递和获取信息、知识等资源，进而整合和吸收以提高成长能力。为了深入研究社会资本的结构维、关系维和认知维与中小企业成长性的关系，本文在国内外学者的研究基础上，引入吸收能力作为中介变量，提出了社会资本正向作用于吸收能力，从而促进中小企业成长的概念模型，通过发放调查问卷获取研究数据，采用结构方程模型方法对概念模型中提出的研究假设进行验证。研究表明，社会资本对中小企业成长性起到止向促进作用，社会资本的三个维度促进中小企业成长的方式不同，吸收能力起中介作用。

An Empirical Study on the SC and the Impact on the Growth of Small and Medium Enterprises

From the perspective of sociology, companies can use social capital to transmit and access to information, knowledge and other resources from the internal and external network, and then integrate and absorb to enhance the growth of enterprises. In order to study the relationship between the structural, relational, cognitive dimension of corporate social capital and the growth of SMEs, based on the researches of scholars at home and abroad, introducing absorption capacity as intermediary variable, the conceptual model proposed in this paper can put forward a positive effect on social capital, absorptive capacity, thereby promoting the growth of SMEs. The questionnaires are used for collecting data; the structural equation model is dose forward in the conceptual model of the research hypotheses verification. The research shows that the social capital have positive role in promoting of the growth of SMES. The three dimensions of social capital promote the growth of SMEs in different ways and the absorptive capacity plays an intermediary role.
