| 摘 要： | 加入WTO以后,我国已颁布的金融法规面对世界贸易服务规则存在着明显的缺陷,从货币政策传导机制到金融业的市场准入、风险控制和金融监管等都必须按照国际惯例从法律上重新加以规范。我国金融法制建设任重道远。

| Abstract: | After China's entrying WTO,there will emerge conspicuous imperfections in the financial statues promulgated in China when confronting with the world trade regulations:monetary transmission mechanism and the finance industry must be reregulated in the fields of market accession, risk control,and financial supervisions must be in accordance with international practice. It's an important task to strengthen the financial legal system in China. And there is a long way to go. |
