| 摘 要： | 历史的进步是由知识的不断创新带来的。环境的变化、社会的进步、人类物质财富的积累以及知识在现代化社会中不可忽视的作用,使得知识管理成为一种管理创新。知识管理的本质就是以知识生产管理为前提,以信息管理为基础,实现知识的显性化和共享,建立健全知识管理体系,最终将知识转变为生产力。

| Abstract: | The progress of history is brought about by the constant innovation of knowledge.Knowledge management has become a kind of management innovation,with the changing of environment,the progress of society,the accumulation of mankind′s material wealth and important role of knowledge in modern society.One important destiny of library is to support,facilitate and promote knowledge updating,fasten the process of information and knowledge innovation in a broader sense,thus it can benefit the mankind. |
