| 摘 要： | 分析了宗教与法律良性互动的必要性、条件和可能，提出了宗教与法律互动的模式和策略：坚持政教分离原则，保障宗教与法律的和谐共处。一方面要强化法律的社会控制功能，以法律确认、保护、引导宗教健康发展；另一方面要弘扬宗教的积极向善精神，以宗教陶冶、滋养、促进法律生长升华。
