| 摘 要： | 民主与法制建设是社会主义建设的一项重要内容,是构建社会主义和谐社会的基础和保障。新中国成立60年来,我国的民主法制建设走过了曲折的道路,积累了丰富的经验。认真总结这些历史经验对于我们进一步加强民主法制建设,发展社会主义民主政治,建设社会主义法治国家具有十分重要的意义。

| Abstract: | The democratic legal system building is an important content of socialist construction and the foundation and safeguard of building a harmonious socialist society. The democratic legal building of our country has passed through the winding path, gained the rich experiences since new China had established 60 years ago. Summarizing these historic experiences has very important significance to strengthen the democratic legal system building,develop the socialist democratic politics and build a socialism country under the rule of law. |
