新时代民族团结进步第三方评估的逻辑与实践

第三方评估作为民族团结进步事业的考核机制,有助于各地区相关部门反思、完善和落实决策,提高民族工作的绩效,为民族团结进步事业提供科学的智力支持,弥补决策和实践中的不足。目前,关于我国民族团结进步第三方评估的相关研究和实践非常薄弱,构建民族团结进步第三方评估体系,确立行之有效的评估方法非常必要。“五位一体”综合评价指标体系作为民族团结进步第三方评估的主要方法,可以促进民族工作的规范化和精细化,全面督促民族工作的落实,推进中国特色民族事务治理体系和治理能力的现代化。
