| 摘 要： | 社区矫正制度和工作主要围绕着社区矫正主体、对象和客体落实展开,在认清我国社区矫正现实存在的不足,明确主客体、对象之间的作用关系之后,提出我国社区矫正体系合理化运行的构想,即在专门机构、专业人员的引导下,建立人身危险性的评估机制,主要通过心理矫治的方式开展对罪犯的矫正。

| Abstract: | The community correction system and work mainly revolves in the community correction subject,target and the object implementing and unfolding.After recognizing the deficencies in our community correction and expliciting reality of action between subject,target and the object,we put forward the rationalization of community correction system operation conception： in special agencies to professional guidance establishment personal risk evaluation mechanism,mainly through psychological correction way research on criminal rectified. |
