职业自我概念发展与大学生职业生涯规划——理论及来自高校的实践分析

大学生的职业自我概念发展实质是大学生个人职业自我概念在从职业生涯规划到职业社会的适应中不断分化和综合的过程。针对当前高校大学生职业生涯规划存在规划意识薄弱，投机心理，期望值过高缺乏创业意识以及能力不足等现状，以职业自我概念发展理论为指导，提出职业生涯规划教育全程化，教育辅导专业化、规模化以及系统信息化等促进大学生职业生涯规划，达到自我发展的相关对策建议。

The Development of the Concept of Career- orientated and the Designing of College Students＇ Future Profession --the Theory and the Practice Analysis From Universities

The essence of the college students＇ concept of career - orientated is a process, which has being constantly divided and synthesized, from designing their future profession to adapting themselves in the society. Now, the college students are not with clear awareness of designing their future profession, they are in a statu of being with over - highly expectation and with lower capability and awareness of starting an undertaking. The article comes up with some suggestions and countermeasures： to be guided by the theory of professional self- development, to put forward educating profession designing in full progress, to promote college students＇ profession designging by educating and counseling in a professionalized, scaled and informationized way.
