| 摘 要： | "依法执政"是我国宪法规定的依法治国方略的内在要求,是中国共产党在新民主主义宪政运动与社会主义宪政建设的过程中逐步提出和发展的一种新的执政理念。在奉行法治的国家,依法执政既是"依法治国"这一宪法规范的延伸与发展,也是法治国家的一种宪法惯例与宪法习惯。依法执政还是一项重要的宪政制度,它确立了一种新的宪法关系与宪政制度。

| Abstract: | It is pointed out in the report to the 16th National Congress of the CPC that the Party should exercise state power in accordance with the law, which is in the response for building the country under rule of law. It is a constitutional idle to exercise state power in accordance with the law. In any country under rule of law, it is also a constitutional norm included in all kinds of sources of constitution. Moreover, it is an important system of constitutionalism. |
