“模拟法律诊所”课程是在法律诊所教育的基础上派生的,虽采取法律诊所的教育方法但不提供真实的法律服务的模拟教学.基于多种原因,我国已具备设置“模拟法律诊所”课程的必要性与合理性.就设置我国的“模拟法律诊所”课程提出以下构思：遵循循序渐进原则,合理安排开课时间;合理安排课程内容,注意与其他课程的衔接;保证“模拟法律诊所”课程教学的师资力量.

Exploration on Simulative Legal Clinic Courses

Derived from the legal clinic education, simulative legal ellnie course is a simulative teaching, which a- dopts the education-method of legal clinic but doesnt provide real legal service. Because of a variety of reasons, it is necessary to set up simulative legal clinic course in China. We put forward some proposals on setting up the simulative legal clinic course, such as following the step-by-step principle, reasonably planning the schedule and contents, paying attention to the links with other courses and ensureing the teaching faculty more professional.
