摘    要:
我国教师教育格局逐步由单一封闭向多元开放转变,综合性大学已成为教师教育的新生力量。面对教师教育发展的有利形势,综合性大学的教师教育应开拓思路,借鉴师范大学的经验,发挥综合性大学的自身优势,在人才培养模式上要有所创新,建立合理有效的教师培养机制,为建立完善的现代国民教育体系和终身教育体系提供高质量、专业化的师资保障。

Abstract:
The single-mode educational structure of teacher education has been diversified and liberalized as comprehensive universities become a new vital force in this field. Under such a favorable condition, these comprehensive universities should create a new pattern of talent training and establish an effective system of teacher training by broadening their vision, drawing on the experience of normal universities and fully exploiting their own advantageous edge, thereby ensuring the provision of high-quality specialist teachers for the system of modern national education and lifelong education.
