佛山市区域旅游开发的探讨

通过对佛山市及邻近地区旅游条件的综合分析比较，指出佛山市今后的旅游功能应定位于作为珠江三角洲经济区中的小区旅游中心和三角洲旅游主线上的重要旅游点，“古城新貌”是佛山旅游特色的主题；提出对古遗址、古园林、古建筑、古火山、古遗风、古工艺等古城旅游资源的开发设想和建议．

A Probe into the Development of Regional Tourism of Foshan

Based on the comprehensive studies and analyses of tourist conditions of Foshan City and its surrounding areas, the Paper suggested that the city's tourist function should be located as a subcentre of tourism in the Pearl River Delta Economic Zone and an important scenic spot on the Delta's tourist mainline; that lithe new looks of an ancient city'I should be set as the city's characteristic tourist theme; and tht various tourist resources of ancient Foshan, such as buildings, gardens, extinct volcanos and ancient ruins,should be exploited and developed.
