科研道德问题评析

当前科研道德失范主要表现为 :低水平重复研究 ,学术垄断 ,科研成果的虚报造假 ,科技著作和论文的剽窃、抄袭 ,侵占单位的知识产权 ,从事违反社会伦理道德或健康安全的科学研究。科研不正之风具有以下主要特征 :以追逐名利为目的 ,独立性与裙带性并存 ,具有潜伏性、隐蔽性以及顽固性和反复性。因此应从科技发展、思想动机、学术评价制度、监督机制和社会、历史背景等方面探究了这些现象发生的主客观原因 ,相应地提出加强科研道德建设的对策。关键词 :科研道德 ;评析 ;形成原因 ;对策

Inquiry and Analysis of Problems About Scientific Research Morality

Problems about morality in current scientific research are in the following forms:repeated research at low level;academic monopoly;false declaration and concoction to achievements in scientific research;plagiarism from works or theses of science and technology;occupying the intellectual right of one's unit;scientific research against social ethics or heath and safety. Meanwhile, this essay analyzes the unhealthy tendency, which, with the pursuit of fame and gain as its purpose and the coexistence of independency and reoccur. Then subjective and objective causes are inquired from the aspects of science development, ideological motivation, evaluating system to academia, supervision system and social, historical background. Also, countermeasures of strengthening construction of scientific research morality are put forward.
