| 摘 要： | 国有企业集团在我国现有的企业集团,尤其是大型企业集团中占据主导地位。由于国有企业集团仍然带有较为浓厚的计划经济色彩,使得它难以适应日趋激烈的市场竞争。如何在培育市场导向型企业集团的同时让国有企业集团平稳地从竞争性领域逐步退出是本文试图探讨的主题。

| Abstract: | The state-owned enterprise group,especially the large state-owned enterprise group,plays a leading role in our country's economy.However,it is more and more difficult for the state-owned enterprise group to adapt to the more and more intense market competition because of its serious corporate governance problems.And this paper tries to analyze how to develop market-oriented enterprise groups and let the state-owned enterprise group withdraw from the competitive field gradually. |
