| 摘 要： | 林晓东是美国哥伦比亚大学教育学院终身教授,哥伦比亚大学创新与耐挫教育研究中心主任,当下主要致力于抗挫能力的研究。她发现,抗挫能力就好像人体的免疫系统,一旦染病就会被激活来应对疾病。她希望孩子能在困难和挫折面前也自行激活一套类似的心理机制来应对。

| Abstract: | Professor Xiaodong Lin believes the ability to tackle struggles is similar to the human body's immune system,which is a natural defense that can be activated when the body is infected or damaged.Thus,Lin aims to build a similar,psychological mechanism to enhance children's ability to deal with problems in life. |
