浙江古代的书院

文章简要回顾了浙江古代书院的发展过程 ,比较、分析了浙江古代书院在聚徒讲学、祭祀先贤、刻书藏书、考课督士、营造学术氛围、形成学术流派等方面所具有的特色。认为古代书院在办学过程中所体现的刻苦自励、孜孜以求、注重创发、倡导求实的治学精神 ,坚守所学而又兼取众家之长 ,扎实掌握基本文献而又勤于积累有关资料的治学态度 ,值得今天借鉴。

The Ancient Colleges in Zhejiang

The article briefly retrospects the development of Zhejiang's ancient colleges.In this article, the characteristics presented in college activities such as lecturing to students, holding memorial ceremonies for ancient oracles, carving and collecting copies of books, checking lessons, inspecting students, building academic atmosphere, establishing academic genres are fully compared and analysed. The author insists that ancient colleges contributes a lot in their schooling such as being assiduous and self stimulating, being perseverant and factualistic, learning from other schools' excellence while maintaining the academic identity of their own, accumulating related resources while managing essencial documents. All this gives today's educators a good lesson in training high calibre personnel.
