| 摘 要： | 房地产登记信息公开制度是确保房地产交易之安全与便捷、保障房地产法律关系主体合法权益的重要制度.但是我国目前的房地产登记信息公开制度还存在诸多问题,通过探讨我国目前房地产登记信息公开制度的缺陷以及原因,为我国房地产登记信息公开制度的完善提出了若干建议.
