论企业与社会之间的伦理准则

企业存在于一定的社会环境中 ,必须承担一定的社会责任。奉行贡献的伦理准则 ,把消费者的需要和满意放在一切考虑因素之首 ,能使企业获得公众的认可 ;遵循和谐的伦理准则 ,把可持续发展思想溶入经营理念之中 ,实现绿色经营模式 ,能使企业在较好的自然环境中有长远发展的可能 ;秩序是企业在处理与政府关系时要恪守的伦理准则 ,狭义上它指的是企业在社会经济秩序形成与发展中的重要作用 ,广义上它是指政府与企业应各司其职 ,社会才可获得良性运行。

The ethics requirements of the relation between enterprises and the society

Enterprises exist in a certain society and have to do thier social duty. An enterprise can be supported by the public if it complies with the requirement of contribution and consider the needs of consumers first. An enterprise can develop permanently in a favorable natural environment if it complies with the requirement of harmony and grows in a green way. Order is the ethical requirement of the relation between enterprises and the government. In a narrow sense, it means that enterprises play an important role in the formation and development of the economic order. In a broad sense, it means that enterprises and the government ought to be in their proper places.
