The British Sea-related Literature and the Empire Building

At the beginning of the British Empire, the sea-related literature relates to ＂overpopulation＂ and how to build ＂empire of the sea＂ and other advocates, which, in theory, explore the possibility and necessity of Britain to expand outside. The British sea-related literature, therefore, realizes the transformation from the cultural narrative to the political function, which helps to build Empire from the text and the ideological point of view.
