新经济、传统经济与企业文化管理

摘    要:企业文化管理并不是新经济的产物,而是新经济的对立物——传统经济的产物。在传统经济中,企业文化管理的职能是调节人-机矛盾、维护企业的精神境界、促进大企业的规模优势、保持人员的稳定、维护企业的集中性和统一性、继承和发扬企业的传统精神。从传统经济到新经济,人-矛盾变为人-知矛盾,企业的边界开始模糊化,企业的规模开始小型化,企业人员开始加快流动,企业的体制开始分散化和企业必须创新。这些新的变化将给企业文化及其管理带来冲击。

Abstract:Management of enterprise culture is not the outcome brought by neo - economy, but the product of the latter's antagonist--traditional economy. In traditional economy, management of enterprise culture functions on regulating the contradiction between workers and machines, safeguarding the spiritual boundary of enterprises , spurring the advantages of large - scale enterprises, ensuring the individuality and consistency of enterprises and inheriting enterprise spirit. From traditional economy to neo - economy, the contradiction between workers and machines to the contradiction between workers and the need of knowledge, the boundary of enterprises becomes dim and the scale of enterprise smaller. As a result, workers in the enterprises transfer more frequently and the enterprise system begins to decentralize. Enterprise must update their system.
