应用平衡计分卡构建高等院校人力资源管理体系

摘    要:平衡计分卡作为一个以组织战略目标为中心、以因果链为分析手段而展开的综合管理系统,已在众多发达国家的企业和公共管理部门得到广泛应用并收到成效。分析高等院校人力资源管理导入平衡计分卡的必要性,结合平衡计分卡的财务、客户、内部流程、学习与成长四个维度及其内在的逻辑关系,构建能把全员努力指向实现学校总体战略和目标的人力资源管理体系。

Abstract:As a comprehensive management system centering on organizing strategic goals and using chain of causation as analytic means, the balance score card has been widely applied and produced positive effects in enterprises and public management departments in many developed countries. The necessity of introduction of balance score card into college human resources management is analysed. An attempt is made to build a college human resources management system that centres all-members efforts around the college total strategy and goal.
