新农村建设中农民行动逻辑的调查与思考

新农村建设中农民的行动选择受到村庄权力结构、村庄类型，特别是乡土精英的深刻影响，体制精英、非体制精英和普通农民三层次主体的行为互动是农民参与新农村建设的实践形式；观念、利益、理性是农民行动的内在逻辑，农民从生存理性到发展理性的转变及农民自身发展水平很大程度上决定了新农村建设实践的前景；农民本位的新农村发展观是对新农村建设之路进行的有益探索。

Investigation and Consideration of Logic of Peasant's Action in New Rural Construction

The selection of peasant＇ s action in New Rural Construction is deeply influenced by the village＇ s power structure, village type, especially by the local elites. And the behavior interaction among the system elites, non-system elites and average peasants is the practice form of the peasant＇ s participation in New Rural Construction. The concept, profit and ration are the inner logic of peasant＇ s action. The peasant＇ s transformation from survival rational choice to developing rational choice and their development level determine the prospect of the practice in New Rural Construction. The article has also creatively put forward the outlook of rural development and carried out beneficial exploration for the construction of new rural areas.
