对中部地区区域创新发展战略思路的重新思考

中部地区是我国经济最具发展潜力和对区域经济协调发展具有重要支撑作用的地区。改革开放以来,由于国家的区域发展政策和投资重点的差异,中部地区的经济发展出现了边缘化趋势。为了促进中部地区的快速发展,进一步解决区域经济发展过程中的新情况、新问题,国家从全局和战略的高度在党的十六届四中全会上提出了加快中部地区快速发展的中部振兴发展战略。区域创新是区域经济发展的核心动力,对已有区域创新发展战略思路的评价和重新思考,对于结合新的发展实际,提出与时俱进的区域创新发展战略具有重要的借鉴意义。

A New Pondering on the Innovation Development Strategy of Central China

Central China,an area with the stupendous potential for economical development,plays an important supporting function in regional economy coordination development in our country.But since the reform and openness, the economical and social development in Central China has been marginalized in policy with the investment stress shifting.In order to promote the rapid development of central China and solve the new instances and new problems,the government has put forward an invigorating strategy for central China to accelerate the development of this area since the 4th Plenary Session of the 16th Central Committee of CCP.As regional innovation is the core dynamic of the regional economy development,a new evaluation or pondering over the established innovation development strategy will have an important consulting significance on putting forward a regional innovation strategy combined with the new development reality and keeping up with the pace of time.
