| 摘 要： | 讨论《跟单信用证统一惯例（2007年修订本）》（UCP600）中14条b款审单时限的合理性问题,比较UCP400及UCP500并结合案例,对UCP600相关条款修改的主要内容及其利弊进行剖析后认为,5个银行工作日的审单时限仍值得商榷;银行3天内审单完毕即为合理;对于4-5天则应证明其合理性;＂安全条款＂（safe harbor）的设置应值得重新考虑和采纳。在现行UCP600下,对于适用信用证进行交易的进出口企业和相关银行来说,选择行之有效的应对措施十分必要,本文也对此进行了讨论。

| Abstract: | The passage mainly focused on the rationality of Article 14 Paragraph b of UCP600,which concerns time limit of document examination.Comparing UCP400 and UCP500,discussing related cases as well as analyzing the content of UCP600 and its advantages and disadvantages,the article reached the conclusion that the current 5 days of document examination under UCP600 still needs further discussion and proposed a suggestion that 3-day examination is reasonable while 4-5 days should be proved to be reasonable.Safe Har... |
