| 摘 要： | 在对中心城市粮食安全内涵进行深入分析的基础上,从支出、产业链和效率以及结果四个维度提出了中心城市粮食安全的4E绩效评价模型,并应用突变级数法对济南市2003—2007年的粮食安全绩效进行了深入研究。结果表明,突变级数法应用于多目标多环节的中心城市粮食安全绩效评价具有很强的科学性和实用性。

| Abstract: | This paper puts forward the 4E performance evaluation model based on an in-depth analysis of the basic connotation of grain safety in central city,and evaluates the grain safety performance of Jinan in 2003—2007 employing sudden change progression.The results indicate that it is scientific and practical to apply sudden change progression to muti-objective and muti-link central city grain safety performance evaluation. |
