女子高校旅游管理学科建设原则与路径探讨——以中华女子学院旅游管理专业为例

在加快推进旅游业与相关产业融合发展，以及2012年教育部本科专业目录调整的背景下，中国旅游教育与旅游管理学科需要不断创新理论和实践。文章在分析、总结女子高校旅游管理学科建设现状与发展机遇的基础上，以中华女子学院旅游管理专业为例，指出旅游管理学科建设原则与目标，并提出建设路径：统筹规划，争取各方支持；整合现有资源，打造特色研究方向：强化学科队伍建设，重视高质量科研项目与成果产出；搭建学科平台，营造良好高效的学术氛围；注重学科与科研成果向教学的转化．提高人才培养质量。

Discussion on Tourism Management Discipline Construction Principles and Paths of Women's University——Taking Tourism Management Specialty of China Women' s University as An Example

With the accelerating development of integration of tourism and related industries, and adjustment of the professional directory about 2012 undergraduate, Chinese tourism education and tourism management discipline requires constant innovation of theory and practice. Based on analysis, summary of tourism management discipline construction present situation and development opportunities of Women＇s University , taking China Women＇s University as an example, the tourism management discipline construction principles and objectives of China Women＇ s University are pointed out.The paper further puts forward the construction path： overall planning, gaining support; the integration of existing resources, building characteristic research direction; strengthening discipline construction, paying attention to high quality scientific research projects and achievements; building a discipline platform, to create a good and efficient academic atmosphere; paying attention to science and scientific research achievements into teaching transformation, improving the quality of talent training.
