| Abstract: | This paper discusses the necessity to foster the spirit and ability of creativeness of college students based on the appeal of the times,the task of education and the needs of students.It analyses the main obstacles in the process of fostering the spirit and ability of creativeness from the aspects of educational ideas,teaching and administrative system and also points out the basic solution in view of this situation. |
