| 摘 要： | 瑶族崇拜社王,有较悠久的"做社"(祭社)历史."做社"是一种民间宗教仪式,同时也是宣讲习惯法的一种方式.广西金秀郎庞瑶族在20世纪50年代停止举行"做社",至80年代末恢复.本文以田野调查为基础,通过对"做社"活动的描述,讨论现代化进程中瑶族习惯法的保留与变迁,分析现代化对瑶族习惯法的具体影响,探讨现代化变迁中瑶族习惯法的历史命运.

| Abstract: | The Yao people worship the Earth God and have a long history of earth-god sacrifice, which serves as a rite of the local religion and a way to preach the customary law. In Panglang village of Guangxi, earth-god sacrifice discontinued in the 1950s and resumed in the late 1980s. Based on the fieldwork, the paper describes the activities of earth-god sacrifice, tells about the maintenance and changes of the Yao people's customary law in the process of modernization, analyzes the impact of modernization, and discusses the historical destiny of the customary law. |
