试论抗战时期陕甘宁边区的合作经济

在抗日战争时期 ,陕甘宁边区成为中国共产党领导下抗日力量的总后方。当时陕甘宁边区处于国民党军队和日本军队的包围封锁之下 ,物资匮乏。边区政府为了争取抗战的最后胜利 ,大力发展生产 ,尤其是合作经济 ,不仅促进了边区农工商业的发展 ,而且在民主管理、制度建设上有了很大的进步。它为抗战胜利奠定了物质基础 ,对我们当前的农村建设也具有启发意义

On Cooperative Economy in the Period of Anti-Japanese War in Shan-Gan-Ning Border Region

During the Anti-Japanese War, the Shannxi-Gansu-Ningxia Border Region became the center of Anti-Japanese armed forces led by the Communist Party of China. At that time, the Border Region was surrounded by the Nationalist Party army and Japanese army. So goods in the Border Region was very limited. In order to gain the last victory of the War, the government of Border Region tried to expand production, especially cooperative economics. Through developing cooperatives of agriculture, handicraft, transport service, consumers and credit, etc. the Border Region improved its financial condition. What's more, the cooperative campaign made much progress in democratic administration and institutional building. It also provided material resources of the Anti-Japanese War. And it gave a good enlightenment for our present rural construction.
