法学教育中案例教学的修正

摘    要:案例教学作为一种积极有效的法学教学方法,很受国人的重视,但是由于存在对其的一知半解往往容易造成误区,文中在分析几种案例教学误区的基础上,探讨了案例教学的基本理论,从案例教学的起源入手,分析了案例教学的界定和特征,并对其进行透析,针对案例教学存在的优与劣,提出对案例教学这种教授方法不能圄于形式,而应该采用发展的观点,针对我国的具体国情赋予其时代含义才能发挥更好的作用。

Abstract:As an active and effective approach of teaching,case methods of teaching are paid more attention to.However,the imperfect understanding of this approach tends to result in errors in its management.Based on an analysis of the existing mistaken ideas in this respect,this paper discusses the basic theories of case methods of teaching,analyzes their definition and features,and compares their advantages and disadvantages.The author argues that we should hold a viewpoint of development about the case methods of teaching and take into full account the specific conditions of China in applying case methods of teaching so that they can give more effective results.
