摘    要:湖北师范学院教育科学学院坚持“理论与实践相结合”的人才培养理念,打破传统的课堂教学模式,对实践性课程教学模式进行改革。《班级教育管理艺术》课程是具有实践性的课程,通过立项研究,已摸索出“1+5教学模式”,在实践中受到学生的普遍认同。这种教学模式将理论教学和实践有效结合起来,重在培养大学生的实践能力,为高校实践性课程课堂教学改革探索出一条新路。

Abstract:The Institution of Education in Hubei Normal University, firmly holding the conception of combining the theory with the practice to foster the elite and breaking the traditional teaching mode in class, now, carries out the reform of the practical curricular teaching mode. Being a curriculum with practicality, the curricula of "Managing Art of Class Education" has passed the research project, sought out the "1 + 5 Teaching Mode", and got a wide approval from students in practice. This teaching mode, combining the theoretical teaching with practice efficiently, focuses on cultivating the students' practical ability and provides a new path for Higher Educational Institutes to reform the teaching in practical curriculum in class.
