跨文化交际对重庆高校留学生教育管理的启示

随着重庆市留学生规模的快速扩大，留学生日常生活环境不适应、语言交流障碍、教育环境满意度不高、人际交往面狭窄、心理问题突出、管理政策实施困难等因文化差异导致的冲突问题，日渐成为重庆市留学生教育发展的瓶颈。根据跨文化交际理论，实行“趋同”管理，建立多种形式的信息沟通网络，加强留学生管理人员的跨文化交际能力培训，充分挖掘留学生资源，加强留学生的社会支持等途径，将对重庆市高校留学生教育管理实践有重要意义。
