| 摘 要： | 根据现代公共经济学和区域经济学理论，政府参与区域旅游合作的主要任务之一是为区域旅游发展提供公共产品。但是，在青衣江流域古镇开发中，由于洪雅和夹江行政隶属关系的不同，在提供区域旅游公共产品时，可能会陷入“囚徒困境”和“斗鸡博弈”，最终导致公共产品供给的不足和投资结构失衡。因此，必须采取相应的措施解决这些难题。

| Abstract: | According to the theory of modern public and regional economics, one of the primary contents of government is to provide the public products for the region traveling development. However, because of the different administrative subordination between Hongya and Jiajiang, the development of ancient towns in the Qingyi River basin can fall into ＂the prisoner＇s dilemma＂ and ＂the chicken game＂ when they provide the region tourism public products. This will cause the insufficiency of public product supplies and the unbalanced investment structure. Therefore, we must take the corresponding measure to solve these difficulties. |
